The Great Awakening changed how people thought about themselves in political rights because they began to view each other as a whole; the 13 Colonies.
How did the Great Awakening lead to greater Religious tolerance in the colonies?
The Great Awakening lead to greater religious tolerance in the colonies because it gave people a sense to respect others. For example, there were many rivalries during this time period and when people began to examine themselves in the eyes of God, they realized that they should not treat people the way they did. People began to accept other people which lead to greater religious tolerance.
How do the Swedes differ from the Dutch?
The Swedes built their homes out of wood and the Dutch built their homes out of bricks
