A risk is any foreseeable problem such as weak requirements, unknown technologies, etc. that threatens the successful completion of the project. Risk are recorded in a Risk List and addressed by the development team ASAP. Development Artifact Management is the activity of maintain the development artifacts from loss or corruption.
