1. use low light when there is additional lighting around you ( this will help to obstruct the drivers view in front of you ) 2. use high light when there is no additional lighting around you AND make sure to stay at a fair distance from the driver in front to prevent obstruction of view

1. you yield to the person to the right or left ( depending on what way your turning ) 2. reduce speed when turning, but do not keep your foot on the brakes
