Carping

Definition - to match or surpass Sentence 1 - The basketball player tried to emulate Michael Jordan's moves. Sentence 2 - The student tried to emulate what his class mate was doing.

Tenable

Definition- able to be maintained or defended against Sentence 1 - The military base was tenable from the enemy. Sentence 2 - The boy went behind a tenable tree during the water ballon fight.

Reconnaissance

Definition- military observation of a region to locate an enemy Sentence 1 - In the video game, the objective was to Reconnaissance the enemy. Sentence 2 - The military operation was a success after they eliminated the enemy by Reconnaissance them.

Congeal

Definition- to solidify or coagulate Sentence 1 - The experiment was a success after the scientist congealed the gasoline. Sentences 2 - The congeal of ice on the car cause it to not starts.

Arrogate

Definition- to take or claim something without right Sentence 1 - Jack was mad after Dan arrogated the ball. Sentence 2 - The criminal arrogated the money from the bank

Intransigent

Definition- unwilling or refusing to change ones view of something Sentence 1 - The friend was intransigent to his friends actions he wants to perform. Sentence 2 - The parent is intransigent to their child's dreams.
