If you have been taking the courses of this certificate program in order, you will continue to develop the mobile app designs that you began during the previous course. Your prompt will remain the same. If this is your first course of the certificate program, you can submit a project prompt from the custom list on Sharpen, or you can state that you will utilize the starter materials. Type out the full prompt in the text field provided. Then, describe why you selected this prompt in a sentence or two.

The prompt that I chose for my portfolio project was Design a ceremony checklist app; for a wedding venue. One of the reasons why I chose this prompt is because most of the random generated ones that kept on popping up was all about restaurants and I wanted something different and also something that I can understand on a personal level. Once I got this prompt, I was really excited to have this as my topic because its really fun to think about wedding venue things and even though I don't have prior experience myself, I'm having a great time imagining what it would be like for a user to plan their wedding venue using a ceremony checklist app.
