Wilson wanted to show the inhumanity of the Germans, they represented a danger for the world. German people shouldn't be targeted because they are also victims. He pointed at the barbarism of Germany

League of Nations

Wilson was known for the creation of this league, the ancestor of the UN. He talked about its creation during his 14 points speech after the war
