Agile methodologies may require that all requirements be expressed in the form of testable criteria necessary when the requirements express contractual obligations.

To evaluate the developed/deployed solution - does it meet the requirements

determine if the organization is ready to make effective use of the solution

ensure req. are constructed acurately so they may be used to eavluate the solution

process of determining the order of importance for all requirements

Evaluation Criteria

set of requirements that will be used to choose between multiple solutions; allow for a range of possible scores.
