Sarah Paulson, who plays Ally Mayfair Richards on Season 7 of American Horror Story, a female character displaying major signs and symptoms of trypophobia. Her symptoms would be incredible and considerably increase as the subject is continued to be spoken about. The symptoms that I observed include: fainting, wheezing, loss of breath, loss of motion, frozen bodied, screaming episodes, and many more. Throughout the season she is presented multiple fears such as clowns (coulrophobia), bee hives, coral, and such. However, the reason for the bringing out of the phobia, specifically, is that the actor in real life, not to the extreme, can relate to the phobias presented in the season. I would recommend the self-help treatment for Mrs. Richard's trypophobia because it will allow her to gain more self-confidence and less reliance on anyone else for assistance with this matter (considering in the show, this is exactly how she handled the phobia).
