Estate Agent

A person authorized as an agent of estate owners. (Realtors)

Partners

A person authorized to be an agent of the other partners in a firm

Auctioneer

A person authorized to sells goods at public sale

Banker

An agent of the customer of the bank

Agency

The relationship that exists between two persons when one, called the agent is considered in law to represent the other, called the principal in such a way as to be able to affect the principals legal position in respect of strangers to the relationship by the making of contract or the disposition of property.

Agency
