Linear pair

A pair of adjacent angles whose sum equals 180 degrees.

Vertical angles

A pair of opposite congruent angles formed by intersecting lines

Exterior angle

In a triangle, the angle formed by one side of a triangle and the extension of another side.

Same side interior angles

The two angles that are inside (interior) the parallel lines and are on the same side of the transversal Are SUPPLEMENTARY (add up to 180 degrees).

Same side exterior angles

The two angles that are outside (exterior) the parallel lines and are on the same side of the transversal Are SUPPLEMENTARY (add up to 180 degrees).
