S: I was working on a transition project last October where we were updating all of our processes, owned multiple workstreams, and attended numerous meetings for project updates. We had several hard deadlines that couldn't be moved. T: As the Access Lead my region, I had to onboard 11 new access leads for the team we were transitioning to. It was a lot since they needed access to so many different tools. A: To ensure we didn't miss the deadline of November 1, I had to prioritize the tasks that were absolutely essential, and then other lower priority tasks got delegated to other team members with the bandwidth to complete them. R: It was intense pressure but we were able to complete the onboarding process in time for the new transition.

My go-to for conflict res. is = understand the person's POV, get on the same page, then I elaborate on my POV while being respectful and emphasizing Stay calm to come to a resolution.

What is success?

Success is the achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted. Success to me is achieving my career and personal goals as well as being able to financially sustain and support myself.

1. My Attention to Detail - My team always looks to me for proofreading and approving processes, newsletters, and official communications sent out to the organization because they know that I am very keen on things being grammatically correct and professional. 2. Experience with Managing Cross-functional Teams and Projects - Working with global cross-functional members in Costa Rica and Bangalore, India so I am always inclusive and accommodating to their time zones to ensure that they are involved and properly communicated with 3. Problem-Solving Skills - My previous manager gave me a compliment that stuck with me ever since "Savannah, I commend you for always running to the fire, you are always willing to tackle anything that came my way" - If there is an issue you work through it until resolution, you're not scared of a challenge and I admire that about you."

What are your strengths?

1. The quality that I am most excited to improve is delegating tasks when overwhelmed. I've taken on more than I could handle at times and struggled to relinquish control. But, this is something that I have been actively working on and have great team members who support me. I'm learning that it's okay to give tasks to others who have the bandwidth to take the task on, whereas in the end, helps me to avoid burnout. 2. Another quality that I am actively improving is not taking criticism personally but instead, looking at it as feedback to see how it can be integrated into my work ethic

That's a great question. Before sending my resume to be considered for the role, I find that I am not only qualified, but I'm a prepared candidate. I'm prepared to address any unique challenges that the team may face as well as use my knowledge and experience to lead customer-facing projects and optimize processes for the organization's growth. You shouldn't hire me if you are looking for someone who only does the bare minimum and doesn't go above and beyond. You shouldn't hire me if you are looking for someone who won't embrace change well. From my experience, I've been able to adapt to change well since I work in a fast paced environment day to day. You shouldn't hire me if you don't think this role is a high priority for the team. I'm at my best when I am challenged, work with a great team, have a good manager who gives me the autonomy to work on interesting projects.
