Feasibility studies aim to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of an existing business or proposed venture, opportunities and threats present in the environment, the resources required to carry through, and ultimately the prospects for success

What is a Baseline Project Plan?

It is a short document prepared primarily for the costumer to clearly describe what the project will deliver and outline generally at a high level all the work required for completing the project

What is the purpose of a project scope statement?

Project managers use the Scope Statement as a written confirmation of the results your project will produce and the constraints and assumptions under which you will work

What is meant by scope creep?

Refers to changes, continuous uncontrolled growth in a projects scope, which happens when the scope isn't properly defined, documented, or controlled (constantly adding new features or expanding system and lose sight of the original goal)
