Speaking outline

A brief outline used to jog a speaker's memory during a presentation of a speech.

Extemporaneous speech

A carefully prepared and rehearsed speech that is presented with a brief set of notes.

Monotone

A constant pitch or tone of voice.

Preparation outline

A detailed outline development during the process of speech preparation that includes the title, the specific purpose, central idea, introduction, main points, subpoints, connectives, and biography of a speech.

Bibliography

A list of sources used in preparing a speech.

Impromptu speech

A speech delivery with little or no immediate preparation.

Online speech

A speech that has been created specifically for an audience that will view it online and in real time.
