You know I agree with you that the kids need a safe place to play, but Tony has a point about people his age being safe, too. Remember how my dad got mugged last year walking from the bus stop to his house? Parking around here is bad enough sometimes that people have to walk farther than he did. Maybe Tony is just showing us that there are more problems here than we thought." Diana looked at him doubtfully. "Well, I want to think the best of Tony," she admitted. If we can find other options for better parking, great, but losing the playground is NOT an option."
