Process associated with promoting the sale of goods or services. Supports sales department by creating promotions that help sell the company's products. Seek to build product or service awareness and to educate potential consumers on the product or service.

Accounting Department

Provides quantitative information about the finances of the business including recording/measuring/describing financial information. Analyses the transactional information of the business so the owners and investors can make sound economic decisions. Financial (process of preparing financial reports for external parties) and managerial (analyze business operations for internal decision making) accounting. Profitability and solvency of a business.

Sales

Selling a good or service and focuses on increasing customer sales, which increases company revenues.

Bookkeeping

The actual recording of the business's transactions without any analysis of the information.

Operations/Production

The management of systems or processes that convert or transform resources (including HR) into goods and services. Oversees the transformation of input resources into output resources.
