Analyses the transactional information of the business so the owners and investors can make sound economic decisions. Selling a good or service and focuses on increasing customer sales, which increases company revenues.
Bookkeeping
The actual recording of the business's transactions without any analysis of the information.
Operations/Production
The management of systems or processes that convert or transform resources (including HR) into goods and services. Oversees the transformation of input resources into output resources.
