We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creators with unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness; that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just power from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive at it's end, it is the right of the people to abolish or alter it, and to institute new government, laying it's foundation on such principles and organizing the powers in such form,
