Defensive driving courses
if take this course you get an approved three pt credit meaning if you have any future violations it gives you a warning of some kind (one good use)
school expulsion
if you get expelled from school will be suspended from driving until he/she reaches 19 years old or 2 years since the date of expulsion
Vision Screening
if you need glasses or contacts, a little pic of glasses will be put on your drivers license; the *minimal acceptable* vision for both glasses and not is *20/40*; *daylight driving* only if your vision is between *20/40 and 20/50*
Organ and tissue donation program
it is completely your choice to be an organ donor (not parents choice), if you choose to be one, your drivers license will have a little heart on it
Class D learners permit
you can drive most vehicles except big 18 wheelers, buses and motorcycles (motorcycles need a special class, like for cars); <26,000 lbs., designed to carry <16 passengers (including driver) and cannot carry hazardous materials
license revocation
your license will be revoked if you: *drive under the influence*, do a *hit-and-run, flee* from police officers, contribute to the death of anyone, *possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and etc. (fee: $143.75)*

your license will be suspended if you: race cars, spinning wheels (donuts), turfing (going on peoples lawns), has violated any of the licensing provision of the DE Code including: passing a stopped school bus, loaning a drivers license to another person, etc. *(fee: $25)*
