The stratosphere-little water vapor=air is dry. Has all the same gas as troposphere, but very little water vapor and there are small amount of ozone and monoatomic oxygen troposphere-also contains 99% of the water vapor in the atmosphere.

Volatile organic compounds- react to sunlight, creating a brown haze above cities. Nitrogen oxides- it reacts to the volatile organic compounds
