Les gusta la comida mexicana.

They like Mexican food. (Mexican food is pleasing to them.) (Singular subject > gusta)

Les gustan las enchiladas.

They like enchiladas. (Enchiladas are pleasing to them.) (plural subject > gustan)

Les gusta comer, beber y bailar.

They like to eat, drink, and dance.

To clarify or emplasize an indirect object pronoun, you may add the preposition A followed by a prepositional pronoun:

importar No nos importa si tenemos que esperar una mesa.
