Record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement - keep the books. Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Responsible for the financial health of an organization. Distribute the financial resources of a company, responsible for the budget planning, and give advice on financial acivities to upper management on future financial plans. Is involved in overseeing a company's short-term or long-term financial investments. Responsible for investing with banks that offer the best overnight interest rate. May negotiate financial terms of new contracts. Plans the issuance of securities or mergers and acquisitions on behalf of the company. Requires a bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, mathematics, or business management.

Equity Specialist

Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of new and revised compensation and equity programs, policies and procedures that help to effectively attract, retain and motivate our talent. The role will also act as the Stock Plan Administrator and 401k Plan Administrator. The Equity Specialist will serve as the technical compensation expert and oversee compensation and equity activities.

Wealth Manager

This professional is a subset of a financial advisor that primarily offers high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients wealth management services. This can include investment management and financial planning, as well as accounting and tax services, retirement planning and estate planning. Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.

Understand the project/program and its requirement and then esitmate the cost of various projects and tasks within the project. Determine key variables for cost and other estimates. Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venues. Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.

Loan Assistant

Update loan files, mortgage software platform and tracking system as necessary. Collect apt fees from borrowers and researches discrepancies in payments. Perform post-closing functions for first mortgage loans. Coordinate mortgage loan closing schedule. Ensure all required closing documentation is present to schedule closing. Develop and maintain communication between loan officer, client and agents and outside vendors to assist timely processing and closing of loan file. Manage mortgage loan officer pipeline schedules and deadline times on all loans.

Tax Analyst

Will prepare, review, and file tax returns and tax forms. Prepare taxes and analyzes taxes to find ways to reduce tax payments for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience managing different types of loans including home loans, business loans, and individual loans. Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications. Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process. Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
