I believe I work well with others. It's an ability that's really important in retail, where it's essential for every person on the floor to seem like they're part of the same team. I want a job that keeps me active. I believe I will have good communication skills which will allow me to work well with customers. I will pay strong attention to detail which will allow me to be successful when processing customer's orders.
How do you work in a team?
I'm more of a follower than a leader. I'm a good listener, I follow orders well and keep an eye on my surroundings. If I see that one of our teammates has been acting differently I will address it with a manager

So I'm the type of person that greets customers and asks if they need help. I always let them know about our fitting rooms and our coupon to save them more money.

What interested me about the company is that we hold the same values. Ever since my high school days, I was chosen to be a translator and teacher to none speaking English students. And also working at Wendy's and jcpenny managers will ask me to train the newcomers. I never saw it as a task I saw it more of an honor to be the 1st person to build a relationship with them.
What steps would you take whilst dealing with a customer complaint
When dealing with an upset customer, the best thing to do is to stay calm, listen and understand. If there's anything I can do, I will try to mend the problem a dissatisfied customer might have but if it's out of my hands I will address a manager if things become violent.

Tell about a time when you worked as a part of a team
I was assigned to a new merchandise team. From my previous observations when I worked with my old team, I notice we were very unorganized. A simple rack will take us more than 1 hr. I told my team we were going to do things differently. 2 ppl will be working in the kid's department and the other 2 will do the women's department. I would also encourage my teammates by giving them compliments and little bags of candy for their hard work.

I would say learning is one of my proficient attributes. My love for learning new things has always been a great motivator and strength for me in every ocasión or job I had, I believe I've always been able to learn something new, or discover a new way to look at a problem. For weaknesses, Some ppl will consider the fact I have never worked in this field before as a weakness. However, being a fast learner and open minded, I have no preconceived notions on how to perform my job. With this new work, I will have the opportunity to learn the job the way u want it done. In addition, although I have no former experience with this work, I do bring my love for learning new things, which can only enhance my ability to learn this process quickly.
How would you describe yourself?
I'm a very bubbly person. I'm always there to offer advice or to give help to people if they need it. I think sometimes it's good to talk about your best traits. I think one of my best traits is that I find myself very friendly and open with everyone. I'm probably too trusting of people. I'm not the kind of person who can walk into a room and be super cold. I know a lot of people can be a lot more guarded like that. I am an open book as soon as I meet people. Once, a customer was deeply displeased with his meal. When I looked at the plate, I didn't spot a problem. First, I asked him why he was unhappy. It turned out that he was allergic to dairy, and the plate had a sprinkling of cheese on it. I acknowledged the situation and apologized. Then, I offered to have the kitchen lady re-make his salad.I also mentioned it to my manager, who was able to offer him a complimentary beverage. In the end, he gave me a tip and apologized for not having mentioned his allergy from the start.
Tell me a time you worked under pressure or stressful situation?
Working the morning shift at a fast-food restaurant is stressful enough. You have to get everything prepare. Clean restrooms, lobby, kitchen prepare the food, bagging, taking change, making drinks, answering customers questions while taking orders in 30 seconds. Because it was getting too difficult for me to handle I began to pay attention to traffic I would write down the peek hours and organize priority tasks first.
