Can personalize and familiarize the unknown. Images can aid in decision making and help customers understand (Illustrations, diagrams, photographs, stock images)
When naming files
Don't use uppercases and spaces (underscore) to name them

Distributing info via web can be fast and inexpensive, can reach both local and global audiences, website can expand on printed content

First page visitors will see, should answer who what why where questions. Also establishes visual identity

Explain who your website visitors are -Demographic (gender, age, group) Explain why visitors might want to access your website and how they will interact with it -Psychographic characteristics (preferences, political affiliations, etc)
Create folders on your computer's local hard drive
In order to regularly create backups (always good habit)
