why do you want to work for us

I really this company, i think you guys have a great fun working team and i can see my self working here. I think with my personality i can make it stand out and contribute something different. I want to work here because i feel like i can learn so much good stuff from you guys that i can implement to my daily. Also because i can see my self working 2, 3, 5 years down the rode and not be stuck in the same position. My qualifications and skills make me a good fit for this company.

What would your manager say about you

I think if you ask the manager which was the Dr. from my previous job he would tell you i am really good worker. Always energetic, nice with the people, and on top of any tasks. He told me he would get mails from patients saying how great of a worker i was, and that made me feel very successful, and it kept me motivated.

how does school influence your life

computers have influence my life ever since i was small. I remember when i was about 5 years old breaking apart my first computer. My cousin influenced me a lot in computer software and hardware since small age. Even up to today i still mess up and fix up computers. acting has influence me positively too. I see things different ever since i took the acting class. Movies dont look the same anymore. something i learned was that in acting you need fashion. you need a good amount of wardrobe and you need to know how to represent different style.

describe a difficult situation and how you overcome it

current job, a difficult situation is waking up really early, you just have to condition yourself to go to sleep early or else you will be death the next day also in the weight loss clinic there were times where i would be there running it alone and it would get really busy with people and phone calls and i would carry around a notepad where i would write down phone numbers to return phone calls, letting the phone rang was no option

what are your long term goals

for my long term goals i see myself in a high position of a company. I see myself done with school and implementing what i learned into the job i have.

tell me about your self

i been in sales for the last 7 years. my most recent experience is swapmeet stand sales man where i work a part time job as a retail/sales, dealing with all kinds of costumers (kids, adults, spanish english) i also was working for a weight loss clinic a couple months back, where i was pretty much the manager there (it was run by 4-5 ppl) id say the biggest strength that i have is strong work ethics. I think one of the things that make me a great worker is that i pay attention to the small things the details and i learn really fast. i am very interested in finding a job thats going to be challenging, but fun and where im going to be able to learn much more and contribute as well

do you prefer working alone or in a team

i prefer working with a team of smart people but i also know i can work independently because ive done it before.

what is your personality and describe yourself in 3 words

i think i have a strong but caring personality. I dont think i can describe my self in 3 words i mean, im confident, hard worker, honest, loyal, motivated, punctual, super reliable 3 words just doesn't cut it

how do you evaluate success

i think success is what you make it, if my contribution has positively benefited my company, if i completed my tasks in time, if i have answer costumer questions correctly, if i had a bad day before work and i go home happy, that's success.

how do you work under pressure

i think when i work under pressure is really exciting, specially when you are working with a team because we all depend on each other. it just keeps you moving and that makes the day go by faster i work really good under pressure

what can you tell me about your previous job

in my current job i have right now, i work as a swapmeet stand sales man, i pretty much get there really early and help out put up the stand from the ground up. after that then comes the selling part. in my previous job i used to work for a weight loss clinic for which i was pretty much in charge of. see patients, collects payments answer questions promote our specials, promote our clinic. i worked there for a year, and i resigned because i wanted to resume school, the hours that i was working conflicted with me getting any classes at all and so i drop the job.

what are your short term goals

my short term goals are continue school, and i see my self working for a retail/ clerk / or computer software.

what is your biggest weakness

one of my biggest weaknesses is the fact that im a perfectionist. I cannot stand looking at a mess. Every time i come across something misplaced or on the floor i tend to fix it, even when i go shopping it happens. Another one i really hate is when there are costumers who want help but no one helps them, and theyre just there waiting.

what is your biggest strength

some of my greatest strengths are strong work extincts and costumer care. Im also a little bit of a charge taker, when its required.

what can you contribute to us

thanks to all my experiences and skills, i can contribute excellent costumer service. I think having a good personality, been friendly and just overall having a smile on your face makes people come back, and i can defiantly contribute that. My work ethics are really strong and im confident enough to tell you that you can expect great things from me

what motivates you

what motivates me to be on top of my game is having a fun and challenging job. no one wants to go to work and be mad, that idea does not motivate me
