Weaknesses

Blunt natureHonesty has always been one of my core values- but without regulating how that honesty is delivered, I can get into trouble. I am always eager to speak my mind, stand up for what I think is right- but I have encountered issues when I spoke at inappropriate times, or have not given feedback in a constructive, efficient way. Not everyone appreciates a blunt nature, and it is important to understand your audience. Through my entrepreneurial leadership class, I studied ways to deliver feedback and project opinions in a constructive manner- I work to call on these important skills and make sure I properly study my audience when critiquing or sharing my thoughts/opinions.

What are you looking for in a company?

Once I get a task, I usually get eager to start working immediately. I am looking to develop into a knowledgable leader. as Much as i feel like leadership is something we have as an inherent trait, we need to educate ourselves and hone in on necessary skills to be an efficient and effective leader
