Certain personal characteristics and skills contribute to leadership success. Leaders are different from non-leaders. Trait approach simply says leaders have these traits that make them effective but there isn't a way to tell which will make them effective in which situations with which skills.

Change in an org takes time, having the ability to bounce back from a setback through continuous efforts is important for goal achievement.

being forth right in expressing demands, opinions, and feelings. Setting higher examples of expectations, and making demands to higher level to higher level management.

beyond enthusiasm and can be defined as obsession for achieving

Be able to explain the components in McClelland's Theory of Managerial Motivation, and what the Leadership Motive Pattern is, relative to these components.
McClelland's explains how needs for achievement, power, and affiliation affect the actions of managers. Leadership motive pattern is relative in the following: Need for power - high Need for achievement - high Need for affiliation - low to moderate Leadership motive pattern researched using psychological test known as Thermatic Appercetion Test

has to do with ability to understand one's feelings, empathy, and regulate emotions to enhance quality of life. General has to do with the ability to connect with people and to understand their emotions. (includes, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management)

passion for their purpose to practice values consistently, lead with heart and head, establish long term relationships, and have self-discipline.
