This End of Day process verifies that all guests who are expected to arrive have either checked in or changed their reservation status.

This function is designed to enable greater efficiency when charging the same purchase to many different rooms at the same or different amounts.
Batch Charges
This option allows a user to review their posted transactions, closing balances, and other information before closing out their shift.
Cashier Closure
Use this option when the guest wishes to Check Out before the scheduled departure date.

This option allows the user to Check Out all due out guests the have zero balance Folios.

This feature allows the user to check a guest out and still post any additional charges.

Daily
These type reservations are bookings when the guest arrives and departs on the same day. Room and tax charges are posted immediately at departure.
Day Use
In the Billing screen, the Folio Window number is displayed at the top left of the window. Each Reservation is allowed a maximum of this many Folio windows.
Eight
This option allows a user to settle the guest's outstanding charges up to the present. This process will prompt the user to post a payment to the Folio without checking out the Reservation.
Interim Folio
This option allows the user to post a transaction to correct previously posted transactions.
Post Adjustments
This function allows the user to post charges and settle them immediately. It also provides the flexibility of posting to in-house guests and non-guests.
Post It
This screen includes site plans and high-impact photographs of the property as well as quick information on popular local attractions. This screen also includes a calendar of events being held on-site.
Property Brochure
This feature assists in managing room assignments and helps get guests into their rooms faster by coordinating front office and housekeeping efforts. This feature does not check in the reservation or authorize the guest credit card.
Queue Rooms
This option in Billing allows the user to check a guest back in, on the day of departure, to resolve folio issues or modify the guest stay.
Reinstate
This End of Day process allows the user to settle any checked out reservations with an outstanding balance prior to completing the End of Day process.
Roll the Business Date
This End of Day process moves the business date forward one day. It will also log out any active OPERA Cloud sessions.
Roll the Business Date
This option allows you enables guests to post charges to their reservation folio prior to check in and helps housekeeping prioritize room cleaning and assignment. This differs from similar options as the method of payment will be authorized during the process.

This screen allows you to easily and rapidly assign rooms, to multiple guests, prior to guest check in.
