A method of propaganda that offers only the facts to support one side of an argument or issue, ignoring the facts that support the other side of the story.

Fear

A method of propaganda that suggests something terrible will happen if people don't believe or behave a certain way.

Plain Folks

A method of propaganda that uses "folksy" or common, regular, images and language to make a candidate or idea appear to be good for the ordinary, normal people.

Propaganda

The communication of information to spread certain ideas, beliefs, or practices and shape or influence public opinion. It is oftentimes deceptive or dishonest.
