At an uncontrolled crossroad intersection a driver going straight ahead must give way to any vehicle approaching from the right and a driver turning right must give way to any vehicle approaching from the right or travelling straight through the intersection. Vehicle A must give way to vehicles B and C. Vehicle A is turning right from the terminating road at a T-intersection; a driver turning from the terminating road at a T-intersection must give way to all vehicles on the continuing road (except those performing a U-turn). Vehicle A must give way to vehicles B and C as they are travelling on the continuing road.
Which vehicle must give way?
Vehicle A must give way. Vehicle B goes first. Vehicle A must give way to vehicle B as a driver turning right from the continuing road at a T-intersection must give way to any vehicle travelling in the opposite direction turning left at the intersection.

Which vehicle must give way?
Vehicle B must give way to vehicle A. Vehicles A and B are facing each other at an uncontrolled crossroad intersection. At an uncontrolled intersection a driver turning right must give way to any vehicle travelling straight through the intersection.
In what order should the vehicles go through the intersection?
Vehicle B would go first, vehicle C second and vehicle A last. Vehicles A and C are facing stop signs; when two drivers face each other at stop signs at an intersection they must give way to all other vehicles entering or approaching the intersection then apply the give way rules to each other.
