Arab merchants influenced trans-Saharan trade and the Silk Road. Without the merchants, the Silk Road would not have had a second Golden age, and trans-Saharan trade would be difficult to commerce. Arabian Merchants revived the Silk Road routes and increased trade among trans-Saharan trade routes.

Aztecs were similar to China's form of political structure in way of the tributary system. Tributes were used in each state to show allegiance and submission. The Aztecs collected tributes in each capital and China collected tributes from smaller states.

Chang believed everyone had to do their part to keep sufficient circulation. He believed that if merchants do not work, circulation of products would not happen. Zhu's decision to end Zheng's voyages allowed greater circulation within China's economy.

Chang believed that foreigners were uncooperative. Confucian scholars worried that interaction with foreigners would trouble the social order. Their views are similar in that welcoming foreigners for anything but trade may lead to uncooperative social standings.

HIdeyoshi and Louis both strived for absolute authority. Hideyoshi prevented rebellion by confiscating weapons like how Louis prevented uprising by keeping everyone in one area. Taking away weapons and keeping people in one area prevents the tools and time needed to successfully overthrow a ruler.

Henry Hudson found a quicker route to the Americas. He failed to find a Northwest passage but found the Hudson River implying he made it to a part of the Americas. Hudson landed in New York which is a shorter distance from Europe than Europe is to the Caribean.

Christianity in Latin America was mainly the Roman Catholic Branch. This branch hold the name miste that was influenced by the Haitians. This shows the influence and the fusing of different backgrounds to demonstrate syncretism.

Christopher Columbus decreased the native population to ten percent. Through the Colombian Exchange, Columbus led the Europeans to America along with their diseases. Because the native Americans were not immune to these diseases, they suffered and many, ninety percent died from it.

Commodities such as corn stabilized the population. Corn was easily grown in many areas and easy to transport. It's ability to reach different regions upheld the population that was left after disease.

Impressive monuments in architecture were built to show respect to rulers. The Taj Mahal was made in remembrance, a tomb for Shah Jahan's wife. The Taj Mahal was one of the greatest architectural accomplishments that combined with the arts and it showed respect to others.

Kublai Khan adhered closer to the Chinese tradition rather than enforcing Mongolian rules. The Yuan Dynasty was established because of this. Religious tolerance formed a connection between Mongolians and Chinese.

Mercantilism increased government control of the economy. Government control over the economy was welcomed by high tariffs and the formation of colonies. This allowed the African and Asian governments who adopted this form of governance to oversee economic affairs.

Sufism developed from the global interaction caused by the Atlantic Slave trade. Sufism is a syncretic religion that fused the core beliefs of Islam and other regions religions to spread it. The Atlantic slave trade reslted in new branches of sufism to form as they conformed to other regions religions while spreading their own to form the syncretic.

Technological advances in weapons allowed Shogins to enforce edicts to the farmers. I think by taking away the weapons it made people submit to authority figures like the samurais. The advancement of weapons and the power the held allowed shogun to enforce their rules by scaring them. Concern for the well being of the farm insured the edict

The European's were in the search of riches and overlooked the native life. While the European's looked for gold, they destroyed land to mine which the natives may have used for food production. Their practices led to soil erosion and deforestation.
