The Potsdam meeting was the final one held between the three powers and the only thing that occurred was the Russians taking control of more land acquired from germany and denied free elections
How did the United States have "advantages" coming out of World War II?
The United States had advantages coming out of WWII because they were physically untouched on their mainland besides Pearl Harbor. This allowed them to avoid the structural damage the civilian population lost that Europe encountered.

The Yalta conference was held to settle what would happen post WWII after they were near Germany's defeat. Franklin Roosevelt wanted free elections and the Soviets to join the war in the Japanese islands while the Soviet Union wanted more demand in Eastern Europe to stop any future invasions in Russia
