Lease

Outsale

Adverse Conveyance
A small portion of the parent tract or current tract is sold. (The subject parcel has not yet been resurveyed to show this missing piece.)
Judgment
A type of nonconsensual lien created when someone wins a lawsuit against you and records the same against your property.
