Step 7: Ballast Tanks
1. Check if Ballast Tanks were decontaminated 2. If inspected only from negative water body, have boater run ballast pumps to get as much water out as possible 3. If from containment area and has seal paperwork but not decontaminated, Decontaminate 4. Check for Mussel master system, must be less than 6 months old and not tampered with. 5. if the owner has no seal or paperwork, start inspection
