Amendment 6
Right to a speedy trial. Right to a public trial. Right to an impartial jury trial in the place where the crime was committed. Right to be informed of the charges. Right to confront the witnesses against him and to subpoena witnesses. Right to an attorney.
Amendment 14: Section 1
States cannot make laws that restrict rights of citizens nor can they take away life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Also, laws are equal for everyone
Amendment 14: Section 5
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
Amendment 14: Section 4
The factuality of the public US debt shall not be questioned nor are all debts legal
Amendment 14: Section 2
The number of representatives for each state is chosen on population
Amendment 14: Section 3
The requirements to be a representative or a president. By not rebelling against that same government
Amendment 4
The right to search and seizure, officers cannot search your house without a warrant
Amendment 5
You can't be arrested when in a federal duty unless the crime is very serious also, your property can't be taken without just compensation.
Amendment 8
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Due Process Of Law
Fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially as a citizen's entitlement.
