A large group of farmers led by Daniel Shays tried to take guns and ammo from the US Government to fight the government and make them stop taking away the farmers land and throwing them in jail if they could not pay their debts. Washington's main point is that every State won't always get everything they want in the new constitution but if they are willing to compromise on some things the final constitution will protect the freedom and happiness of all the people.
