D:An organization of people sharing a common interest or goal that seeks to influence the making of public policy C:The NRA is an interest group.

Grassroots Support

D:Backing for a public policy that arises or is created in public opinion. C:For grassroots support to be best utilized it's power should be in local groups because that is where public opinions can be first formed

Material Incentive

D:Something tangible, such as money or services, which attracts people to join mass-membership organizations.

Revolving Door

D:The cycle in which a person alternately works for the public sector and private sector, thus blurring the individual's sense of loyalty
