How did the Declaration of Independence change the meaning of the 1775 battles of Lexington and Concord?

they knew the british could not control their meetings and where they were so that made them independent. through this they closed the harbor in Massachusetts shutting down their mass economy. Parliament was not taking them seriously and this would give them the chance to work together.
