DESSERT
- It is usually a sweet course or dish like fruit, ice cream or pastry served at the end of a meal. - It is probably the most important stage of the meal since it is the last thing your quests remember before they leave the table.

- smooth frozen mixture of milk, cream, sugar, flavorings, and sometimes eggs.

- these are easily prepared, economical, and vary in many ways.

- these can be light, flaky bread with an airy texture or unleavened dough.

- this is another excellent dessert that is ready to serve.
