Ambiguity

A passage is ambiguous when it doesn't make clear which go the 2 or more meanings it's intended to have.

Loaded Language

language that primarily plays on emotions. It does not make an argument at all, a form of manipulation.

Complex Question Fallacy/Loaded Question/Many Questions Fallacy/Trick Question Fallacy/Presupposition Fallacy

occurs when a question is posed in such a way that a person cannot agree or disagree without committing themselves to a claim they do not wish to make. (have you stop cheating on your wife?)

Dysphemism

use a word or term that connotes a negative meaning

Euphemism

use a word or term the connotes a positive meaning
