-Emily Felipe Alvarez -Alt-PFC is Riya Thomas -PFC stands for the Professional Fraternity Council -Made up of APO, Alpha Kappa Psi, a Business Fraternity, and Phi Alpha Delta, a Law Fraternity -The rep acts as the liaison between PFC and APO -They update the brotherhood on PFC events and get us involved around campus

NIM Eboard Duties

-In charge of organizing 3 events for the whole chapter over the course of your New Member Process: -One service event- feel free to work with VPS and service committee -One fellowship event- whatever you are all interested in -One fundraiser- either for the chapter or vote on a cause that you would like to fundraise for!

-Keep track of them to make sure they line up with what is on the sheet -The hours are updated as the VPs hold events (they update it on their own time so your hours may not appear as soon as an event ends)

-Midterm Review: You will receive an email this week and all of your requirements that you have completed as well as what you need to work on so that you know what to sign up for: -Feel free to use the APO Mastersheet to look at your requirements by looking over each tab -Review Boards and Initiation: 3/27 (<4 weeks away) -Your requirements are due BY initiation so please have them either completed or planned to be completed by the end of next week

GBM Jargon

-Service, Felly, GBM, PFC, OFSL, etc... -Motion: something a brother will say to open the floor for discussion or to propose something -Second: another brother must second that motion if it is to be accepted by the chapter -Minutes: a record of official APO meetings kept by the chapter secretary -Example: -The president asks, "Do we have a motion to approve the minutes from last GBM (general body meeting)? -One brother: "Motion!" -Another brother "Second!" -Now the minutes from last GBM have been approved -Eboard (executive board): a group of brothers in elected positions that hold weekly meetings to help run the chapter -Consists of a president, secretary, VPS, VPM, VPL, NIM educators, treasurer, PFC rep, and sergeant -Officers: These are elected positions that have important roles but are not considered part of the executive board

What are the Role of a Brother?
