Have an employee development program, daycare for children, 60 day paid internship with non-profit, friendly environment. Even though they get paid below average, they get the change to try out the wetsuits that the company produces. They are a very understanding company, if something happens at home they are okay with you taking care of the issue as long as your work is done on time.

How does the mission of Patagonia differ from most other companies?

They put family first, have child care, and people are more engaged because they are treated like adults
