1) Supporter-encourager: compliments/promotes goodwill 2) Harmonizer-tension reliever: resolve secondary tension 3) Gatekeeper-expediter: Facilitate communication

Helping as an established member (3)

1) Welcome new members 2) Provide an orientation 3) Mentor newcomers
