Self-Centered Roles (7)

1) Stagehog: dominate conversation, only their ideas 2) Isolate: abandon group/stop partifipation 3) Clown: do nothing but joke 4) Blocker: refuse to consider other ideas 5) Figher-controller: aggressive/interrupt/bully 6) Zealot: interested in personal cause (off topic) 7) Cynic: very negative, everything sucks

Maintenance Roles (3)

1) Supporter-encourager: compliments/promotes goodwill 2) Harmonizer-tension reliever: resolve secondary tension 3) Gatekeeper-expediter: Facilitate communication

Helping as an established member (3)

1) Welcome new members 2) Provide an orientation 3) Mentor newcomers
