an area which a person will not go beyond, a place of security
what does the phrase put-up-or-shut-up mean?
if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all
why is it dangerous to remain in a comfort zone?
if you remain in a comfort zone it keeps you from fulfilling your full potential
verbal and non-verbal input from others can influence your self image because:
it changes how you view yourself
countenance
the face as an indications of mood, emotion, or character
self-talk
the mental "tape" running in one's mind, repeating all the positive or negative things one hears, sees, reads or imagines
self-image
the view you have of yourself and the way you believe you are seen by others

to take on the particular character that others are saying whether it is true or not
