delegating is giving someone responsibilitys Delegating could benefit a leader because if they don't have time they can tell someone to do the work for them, things can get done faster if there is many people working on it, and this way someone can work on the small things and the manager can focus to the main or more important tasks. Leaders would have to consider that it might not be done perfectly, it will be done the way someone else wants it, and they need to make sure the someone that they pick is capable of the task at hand.
