Method 1. x by 100 e.g. 12/15 OF 100 =12/15x100 (then cross cancel)=80% Method 2 : Fraction to decimal then convert to a % eg 1/8 is 0.125 is 12.5% Method 3; Equivalent fractions / 100 or 1000 eg 3/25 is 12/100 so 12%
