15-30 minutes before Biggest issue is we do it right when we are in the sun, not 15-30 minutes before. This is bad.

Need to know how long it lasts Some are waterproof, but this is a little deceptive, should be water resistant. Can retain 40 or 80 minutes and should tell you to re-apply every "x" amount of time. Need to re-apply when you come out of the water.
