What is a Primary Key? How do you set your Primary Key?

It is your 'most unique field name' out of all of the field names (State Capitol). If you don't set your Primary Key, ACCESS WILL SET IT For You. You MUST set your Primary Key in Design View, right click on the field in the correct row, and select 'Primary Key'.

How do you use an Input Mask? *Hint: The input mask only works with Text or Date Fields*

Switch to 'Design' View, go down to the 'General' tab of the Field Properties section. Once you locate Input Mask, click into it and click on the three small dots at the end of the row. This will take you to the Input Mask Wizard. Make sure that the suggested format you choose is the one that best aligns with the data type. Continue and Finish the Wizard.

How do you access the datasheet view? The design view?

The datasheet view is FIRST, the design view is SECOND.
