Notes Page view

Displays your slides on the top portion of the page, with the speaker notes for each slide in the notes pane on the bottom of the pane.

Feature that lets you create a presentation from scratch, using whatever layout, format, colors, and styles you prefer.

AutoContent Wizard

Guides you through a series of questions about the type of presentation, output options, presentation style, and presentation options.

Handout master

Lets you add items thast you want to appear on all of your handouts.

Movement of text or graphics.

Pre-designed graphic styles that you can apply to your slides.

Placeholder

Reserves a space in the presentation for the type of information you want to insert.

Organization charts

Shows the hierarchical structure and relationships within an organization.

Normal View

Simplified layout of the page so you can quickly key, edit, and format the test.

Handles

Small boxes that appear around an object when it is selected, used to resize the object.

Datasheet

Table that contains sample data and automatically appears when you create a chart.

Slide pane

The workbench for PowerPoint presentations.

Show Advanced Timeline

This feature displays the time of the animation as a horizontal line graph.
