What is the Caution associate with the weather radar system operations?
The weather radar has a WOW override that forces the system into standby when the aircraft is on the ground. Unless STBY or OFF are selected, the weather radar will radiate as soon as the helicopter lifts to a hover. If an active radar mode is selected, ensure all people are at least 100 feet away from the forward 270 degree arc of the aircraft prior to takeoff.
